On April 27, 2020, the Wendell Board of Commissioners approved the acceptance of recently developed roads with significant restrictive covenants in place regulating parking and to update provisions with State Statute, located in Wendell Falls.
The minor amendments in the ordinance update below are provided to meet this goal. The bold text represents new language and strikethroughs are text that was deleted.
